Richard Draper - Chief Executive Officer
Richard was an Intel Corporation manager for 10 years. Between 1998-2004, he served as corporate Public Affairs director. In that capacity, he managed a worldwide organization with a $19M annual budget and 100 employees. In 2003, Richard was based in Milan, Italy, and traveled throughout Europe and Asia to oversee the international expansion of Intel’s Public Affairs teams and strategies. Prior to joining Intel, Richard spent 18 years as a broadcast journalist and news manager in Los Angeles, Portland (Oregon), New Mexico and Colorado. He received Associated Press and community awards for his reporting. He holds a J.D. degree and B.A. in Political Science/International Relations.
Dr. Rod Sanchez - Chief Operating Officer
Rod founded and managed Intel Corporation’s Community Solutions Program (2001-2004). Community Solutions was formed to help communities tap into the creative applications of Intel technology and solutions. In its first two years, Community Solutions influenced over $250M in technology spending around the world to be based on Intel architecture. Rod holds a Ph.D. in Applied Management, M.B.A. and a B.S. degree in neuroscience. He has been awarded several scientific research grants and fellowships from organizations such as the National Institute of Health and in 2004 was named as one of two Intel employees to attend Harvard Business School’s Executive Management program.
Dr. Art St. George - Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Art St. George is a nationally recognized expert in emerging technologies, networking and telecommunications. He has more than 25 years of experience in these areas and during this time has served in various professional capacities from management and consulting to professor and researcher. His educational background and degrees from the University of California (Berkeley and Davis) and California State University, Stanislaus are eclectic and cover physics, statistics, computer science and the social sciences.

Dr. St. George has been a Senior Program Director with the National Science Foundation, managing programs in networking infrastructure and advanced technologies. He is a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, World Bank, Organization of American State, Federal Communications Commission, United Nations, Department of Energy, and Congressional committees. He has extensive experience in Europe, Asia and Africa, publishes, speaks and teaches on emerging technologies.

Dr. Antonio Portaluri- Director, Europe / Africa Operations
Antonio is a corporate consultant for high tech companies (Siemens Group among them). He is Director of Studies for the Oxford Centre, a franchising group of foreign language schools, and owns the Center in Como, Italy, where he is also active in civic and political affairs. Antonio has won international awards for authoring educational material for ESL (English as a second language). He was a professor at the University of Perugia for two years, specializing in technology as a teaching & learning tool. He holds a Laurea in Lingue (Foreign Language degree) from University of Naples and studied Political Science and mass media at Politechnic of Birmingham in England.
