| Dr. Art St. George
is a nationally recognized expert in emerging technologies,
networking and telecommunications. He has more than 25 years
of experience in these areas and during this time has served
in various professional capacities from management and consulting
to professor and researcher. His educational background and
degrees from the University of California (Berkeley and Davis)
and California State University, Stanislaus are eclectic and
cover physics, statistics, computer science and the social
sciences.
Dr. St. George has been a Senior Program Director with
the National Science Foundation, managing programs in networking
infrastructure and advanced technologies. He is a consultant
to Fortune 500 companies, World Bank, Organization of American
State, Federal Communications Commission, United Nations,
Department of Energy, and Congressional committees. He has
extensive experience in Europe, Asia and Africa, publishes,
speaks and teaches on emerging technologies.
